Children’s Information

The Plumtree Marketing Academy does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. However, if you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.

Kartra Platform

The Plumtree Marketing Academy website and all of the personal information which we collect about you through this website is hosted on the Kartra platform. From time to time we may make backup copies of this data and store these backup copies outside of the Kartra platform as well.

Kartra is an “all-in-one” platform that hosts all aspects of the website, including forms, checkout pages and the “members-only” area from which our customers access our courses. It also provides analytics; email marketing; the ability to “tag” those who have provided personally identifiable information about themselves when they complete certain actions, such as watching a video; our affiliate program; and more. All of the “back-end programming” that powers the site, and all of the data security for data stored on the site, is provided and maintained by Kartra.

Any pertinent aspect of Kartra’s privacy policy, which is available at, is incorporated here as well.

Any provision of this Privacy Policy which is void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction is deemed to be severed as to that jurisdiction but only to the extend that it is void, unenforceable or illegal and will not affect the effect of the remaining provisions nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
